ClearForce is a locally operated pressure washing business serving Penrith and the surrounding Western Sydney suburbs. We've been cleaning driveways, house exteriors, decks, and concrete surfaces since 2019 — and we've built our reputation on doing the job properly, not just quickly.

We started ClearForce because we saw a gap in the Penrith market: plenty of operators with a trailer and a consumer pressure washer, but very few who understood the difference between soft washing and high-pressure washing, or who used proper pre-treatment products on oil and rust stains.
Western Sydney has its own set of conditions that affect how surfaces get dirty and how they need to be cleaned. The clay soils around Penrith track onto driveways differently to coastal sand. The proximity to bushland in suburbs like Emu Plains and Glenmore Park means more organic debris and faster biological growth. The hot, humid summers accelerate algae and mould on north-facing walls.

We assess before we quote
Every property is different. Before we quote, we ask about your surface types, the level of staining, and any specific concerns. We don't send a one-size-fits-all price — we give you an accurate quote based on your actual job.

We match the technique to the surface
High pressure on concrete. Soft wash on render and weatherboard. Medium pressure on brick. Getting this wrong causes damage — and we've seen plenty of DIY jobs and inexperienced operators make expensive mistakes. We don't.

We use the right products
Pre-treatment matters. Oil stains, rust, black algae — these don't come out with water alone. We use commercial-grade, biodegradable pre-treatment solutions that break down staining before we apply pressure.

We clean up after ourselves
Pressure washing generates dirty runoff. We contain and dispose of wastewater in compliance with Penrith City Council requirements. We don't just blast everything into the stormwater drain.
